This is Lynn Sadler, owner of Hollow Oak Farm, Inc., and Vandy, her dear friend she acquired at the age of 12. He is still a valued member of the family. Lynn has been riding since she was walking. "I have always wanted to be involved in a riding/training facility to promote family togetherness and learning from a fantastic sport and recreation".

Lynn has been out of graduate school for the past 7 years and has been fervently working toward the development of this farm since that time.

Hollow Oak Farm, Inc. was established in 2005 and Lynn's family has been responsible for providing outstanding horsemanship and riding in Prince William County for several generations. Lynn's father, Basil Hickerson owned various champions in different styles of riding and racing that hold current broken records. As the horses have passed, the memories remain, and this invaluable experience has been passed down. The Hickerson family has had several immediate and extended family champion riders and trainers. "If I were having trouble breaking a horse, my oldest brother Brian would be the first person I would call, he has so much experience, it could never be learned in just a few short lessons from him"... Lynn Sadler. Brian Hickerson is Fire Chief of Nokesville's Company 5 firehouse, and was elected chief of Company 25, the station in Bristow, Virginia. He is also a Nokesville resident and active community member.
